First, you will need a long piece of cardboard, as this will be the center trunk of the cactus. Crease this cardboard so that you can make it into a cylinder and tape the two ends of the cardboard together.
To make to arms of the cactus, use more cardboard. It doesn’t matter if the cardboard has to be squished and misshaped to make the right frame. Once you cover it with paper, you won’t be able to tell a thing. To attach the arms, you will need to cut holes in the main body of the costume and secure the arms on the inside with lots of tape.
Once you have the frame, cover with green paper using double sided sticky tape. Then, cover the green paper with bubble wrap. The green will show through as bubble wrap is pretty transparent.
Finally, stick toothpicks as spines all over, but make sure they are not too sharp as so nobody gets hurt.

The Kids Cabin follows a daily routine, which includes daily preschool activities for your child.

Bring a backpack or diaper bag. It should have diapers, wipes, change of clothes, bottles, or sippy cups, special blankets (whatever makes them feel comfortable) and a lunch that does not have to be cooked. The Kids cabin doesn’t have a kitchen.
Does The Kids Cabin provide lunch or snacks?
THE KIDS CABIN IS A PEANUT FREE FACILITY!!!
The Kids Cabin lunchtime is at 11:30 am, however, They do not provide lunch. If your child is attending during this time bring a lunch. Please label all items in lunchbox.
The Kids Cabin has snacks at 10:30 am and 3:30 pm. They serve pretzels, goldfish, and animal crackers and water. We do not serve juice or milk.
What if my child has a food allergy?
Make sure all staff is aware of the food allergy. The Kids Cabin does not allow children to walk around with food. Lunch and snacks are monitored closely by the staff.
Do I need a reservation?
Absolutely! The Kids Cabin is by reservation only. If you make a reservation at 8am you will be charged by your reservation time. If you are late for your reservation, you will still be charged for your original reservation time.
The Kids Cabin may close before 8 pm if there are no more reservations for the day.
